So why don't all companies and management teams have the greatest success? Why do companies that have been successful have to suffer through down periods? And why do companies that can manage to survive for years never bust through that next revenue plateau to make it big and increase profit?

The answer to these questions lies with not having the proper MINDSET to run a business to the utmost success. Bad mindsets are a detriment to a company success

And what is MINDSET?

MINDSET is having the Proper Combination of Perception, Perspective and Priorities. Good management is based on the correct perceptions, perspective, and priorities. Unfortunately, the correct MINDSET cannot easily be learned from books or academic management classes. It must be learned from experience, or training and guidance from someone who has been through the wars.
