What’s a Dadamo?

Dick Dadamo brings 50 years of business and management experience from rates in starts to an executive in a multi-billion, multi-national corporation.

Today he is active on several Board of Directors including, two public and two private. This is complimented by also serving on several Advisory Boards.

He has over 25 years experience in mentoring small company presidents, and although he doesn’t profess to be an expert, he does believe it is worth listening to those experiences.
This is expressed in the “Dadamo” creed.
“I do not profess to be an expert, but I do profess to be an observer, so listen to my observations. After years of experience, and accept there is more than one way to do things. In fact, listen to how I have done things wrong as well as right, if only to avoid the same mistakes. Then, if I have challenged your mindset and encouraged you to consider alternatives, I have accomplished my task….”
